ISEN Lille, Institut Supérieur de l’Electronique et du Numérique – Institute of Electronics and Digital Engineering  – founded in 1956, is a major Engineering School recognized by the Ministry of Education and accredited by the CTI (French national engineering qualification board). Situated in the city centre of Lille, one hour from Paris, in the heart of Europe. It is part of Lille Catholic University. The mission of our dedicated teaching and administrative team is to provide students with a 5-year general engineering qualification, specializing in digital technologies.

The school was founded by Norbert Ségard; a renowned professor of Physics who later became French Minister of Telecommunications. His objective: to bring France into the era of automation and telecommunications.

ISEN Lille is a standard-bearer of excellence in training in the fields of electronics and digital technologies.

The three major higher education Engineering Schools of HEI, ISA Lille and ISEN Lille have come together as a group, known as Yncréa Hauts-de-France. The Yncréa group constitutes one of the premier private non-profit centres for engineering education and research in Europe.

A seat of learning since 1875, the campus of Lille Catholic University is comprised of 6 Faculties, 20 higher education vocational schools and a hospital complex. More than 20,000 students work here every day, enjoying a rich variety of student facilities and services.
